New Community Garden under development!
Located at Buttsworth Lane, Wilberforce NSW 2756
Within the grounds of The Australiana Pioneer Village
Our new Permaculture Community Garden is currently in the design and development phase. We hope to open our gates to our members and the community in August 2019.
Because a lot of the benefits of becoming a member won’t be fully available until our garden is opened, Permaculture Hawkesbury Valley Inc Community Garden is recognizing the early supporters with the designation of founding member.
Everyone who joins and participates in the development of the garden before our garden opens its gates is considered a founding member.
Founding members are doing more than building a garden, they’re creating a resilient, sustainable, productive, edible garden that will be a source of food supply and a social and educational space, for themselves, future members and our community. Founding members receive all the benefits of regular membership. In addition, all founding members will be recognized for their involvement in developing our Permaculture Community Garden by having their names displayed in a permanent display in the members education cottage once it’s opened.
If you would like to become a Founding Member and participate in the initial development of our Permaculture Community Garden, please fill out the membership application form bellow and submit your membership payment. You will then receive invitations via email or on our private Permaculture Hawkesbury Valley Inc Community Garden group page to join us in the garden when activities in the garden are taking place.
Please review our Permaculture Hawkesbury Valley Inc Community Garden Members Agreement here
Once you have paid your membership please print and sign your members agreement and either email it to [email protected] or bring it in to the garden and hand it to one of our committee members on your next visit to the garden.
Kids In The Garden Group

Kids are able to participate in the growing and harvesting of food, looking after our chooks and collecting eggs, tending to our worm farm, participating in planned activities (like our recent project of building a bean teepee), playing with friends plus much more.
Our Kids In The Garden Group meets every Thursday in the garden from 10am-12:30pm
